Each client has a free online consultation which lasts between 15 and 30 minutes to discuss their particular situation.
Each hypnotherapy session will last up to 60 minutes depending on what we are working on. If you have a breakthrough moment they could be as long as 90 minutes so please allow plenty of time.
Hypnotherapy sessions are either face to face in my York office or online using Zoom. Once you have decided which you prefer, I will send you an appointment for the first session and bank details for payment.
You can either book one session at a time for £90 or 3 sessions as a block for £250. Payment is in advance of each series of sessions.
